OBJECTIVE:

The HR Business Partner is responsible for the implementation and delivery of HR services within HR Operations for the employees working in the AIS, Xdent, Medicitalia and Fablab Business Units. He/She grants and provide high quality support in people related matters and secures the implementation of HQ guidelines and Local HR strategy in the area of influence. He/She provides reports and KPIs that the company will require.

MAIN DUTIES:

Support to Corporate HR deliverables/duties

SAP data maintenance

SRP monthly preparation

Reports for SVP/GM/FLM on KPIs

HR controlling files: monthly costs deviations monitor

Tagetik data entry and maintenance

Org. chart management and accuracy

HR Operational efficiency
Recruiting: implement the process and supports the needs of the BUs directly managed. Acts as internal recruiting agency and provides candidates short list to line managers. The filed presence is essential to contribute to an efficient recruiting strategy and channel management. The primary aim is to find the right people for the right place, reducing time to fulfill position and possibly costs.

Development and Training: supports the Performance management process in his/her area, providing coaching and support to managers and employees.

Directly works to the PM results, collects training needs and actively works and prepares development plans.

Special focus on talent identification and development in accordance with process and HQ guidelines.

Translates in Italian templates and tools to implement processes.

Act as trainer for the training activities that will be in charge of. Will support training and fund collections for external training and supplier scouting.

Induction: will support and flank Line Managers to facilitate the new hired entrance in the role. Will collect feedback and information about probation period/results and confirmation.

Interview and constant direct work with employees.

Together with Senior HR BP and Line Managers identifies skills gaps through effective resource planning, talent and succession management processes to bridge these gaps, ensuring credible and commercial solutions.
Supports Senior HRBP to ensure facilitation and communication of key HR / people processes and services (HR Service Portfolio) around the year and ensures managers are enabled to manage these processes.

Support to HR Administrative tasks

Implements HR Operations Officer guidelines and supports him/her in daily operative tasks.

HR initiative implementation and execution
Together with the senior HR BP, influence the development of HR initiatives and people practices that meet business needs and expectations.
Ensure proper communication flow before, during and after implementation of key initiatives in the organization.
Ensure business needs and their Human/organizational implications are compiled and addressed appropriately to the Senior HR BP.

Scope of the position: AIS + XDent + Medicitalia + Fablab + support to cross BUs Operations processes/projects

Based in Molfetta – travel up to 25-30%
Very good English knowledge is a must
